About The Site
I love to look through culinary magazines and cookbooks. I’ll drool over the pictures and then become frustrated when I see all the space, equipment and ingredients that are called for. I’ve been living in apartments with tiny kitchens for years; with very few pots, pans or equipment. Over the years I’ve developed recipes inspired by those pictures that I can do in my own kitchen.

So if you have a tiny kitchen, or just want to do fewer dishes, hopefully these recipes will get you cooking.
